Jill is an amazing instructor. My cardiologist is amazed as to how much this class has helped me health wise. My blood pressure is lower, my HDL (good cholesterol) is very high and my stamina is great. Not bad for a 73 year old woman! Jill makes the class fun and with the lively group that we have it hardly seems like work. I will be starting my 12th year of exercise with Jill in the fall, so that should tell you how I feel about her classes!!

I have been taking Jill’s classes for 4 years. I love the music and dancing. We warm up slowly and then hit the cardio. I enjoy doing the weights and stretching at the end. Great pacing! Jill makes working out fun. Her wonderful personality and joy in what she does is evident. She provides modifications for all her movements in case you need it. High level, low level – she guides you through it. Exercise certainly helps with stress! It is a wonderful outlet.

I have been taking Jill’s classes since October 2016. I have noticed that I am much more flexible, have less stress, am able to move better, and have more stamina. What I like best about the program is getting to exercise with others and not feel overwhelmed by others. I recommend Jill’s classes because they are a great way to exercise regularly without any added stress. I really enjoy the classes and I am always saying to others how great they are.

I have been taking Jill’s fitness classes for about 2 years. I have noticed that my stress level is lower. My neck/arm pain has lessened. I feel better in general. I enjoy the level of exercise and the time slot fits with my schedule. I would most definitely recommend Jill’s classes!

I have been taking Jill’s classes since spring 2016. I have noticed my arms are more muscular as a result of the weight lifting we do in the class. Also my abs are more toned. I like the variety of exercises we do; the combination works muscles in the whole body. I would highly recommend Jill’s classes. Her classes are fun, effective and the music she chooses for the routines is really great. Jill is a very competent instructor and teaches the class with skill and enthusiasm.

I have been taking Jill’s classes for over 6 years! I have noticed that I am better toned, more flexible and have more endurance. What I like best about the program is the variety of exercises and especially the cardio component. I definitely would and have recommended Jill’s classes. She is professional. She instructs those who are new to class and stresses that you should “go at your own pace”. Jill is a great instructor. I am so glad she offers these classes. There is a core of people who have been taking the classes for years and we have become friends. Lots of fun plus good cardio twice a week!

I have been taking Jill’s classes for 7 years. I have noticed that I feel stronger, can feel more muscle definition and have better breath control (no laboring) when exercising. I like the fast paced cardio but choice of low or high impact. I always recommend Jill’s classes! I think it’s extremely important to your health, physical and mental, to exercise regularly. I was worried that I might not be able to do this class, but you can go on your own speed so that was not a problem. I have noticed that I have more energy, flexibility and strength. I am able to “last” longer without getting tired. What I like best about the classes is the fact that you can go on your own speed, you can do low impact or high impact. Nobody is judging. People are nice and most of them come back year after year. I very much would recommend Jill’s classes.
